Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Skill Rally account and all your data at any time. This includes data linked to sign-in through Google, GitHub, or Facebook.
How to Delete Your Account In the App
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated right away. You will not be able to log in again with it.
How to Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot log in to your account, you can request deletion by email instead:
- Send an email to interview.rally@gmail.com. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Send the email from the address you used to sign up.
- We will confirm your request by email within 5 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- Any saved interview transcripts.
- The link between your account and any Google, GitHub, or Facebook sign-in.
We permanently delete this data within 30 days.
What Stays for a Short Time
Technical logs (error tracking and analytics) are deleted automatically after 90 days. These logs do not contain your interview content.
